We offer a high-quality CNC service across a range of sheet materials. From our state-of-the-art workshop in West London, we have the capacity to take on the largest of projects. We serve clients in the UK and around the world, ranging in size from individual artists and artisans, right up to international airports and film studios

Laser Cutting

Laser Cutting is a simple process of cutting a direct translation of what our clients draw within a CAD based program with an industrial laser.
The end results however are incredible and have a huge spectrum of applications from the glitzy world of Fashion and Film to the essential every day packaging.

Hotwire Cutting

Hot Wire CNC foam Cutting is similar to wire EDM cutting and usually creates a nice and smooth surface finish. We cut EPS, XPS and EPP foam with our CNC hot wire foam cutters, creating 2D projects. We create signs, logo, stage letters, props, backdrops, billboards, exhibits and displays for movies, theatres, museums, trade shows, sign shops, stores, wedding planners, weddings and events.

5-Axis Cutting & Routing

The term 5-axis refers to the ability of a CNC machine to move a part or a tool on five different axes at the same time. This helps the cutting tool approach the part from all directions which reduces our setup time and speeds up our delivery to you. The 5 axis also increases the accuracy of the finished product which gives you the ability to be more detailed in your design.

Large Format 3D Printing

We take pride in every 3D Printed part we produce. Our high end industrial 3D printing machines produce class leading surface finish and strength. With our 3d printing service, you can produce unique items that you have designed or downloaded. Our 3D Printing service is a cost effective way to produce short runs of functional parts, prototypes or set design elements.
